Subject	leaky fuel pressure regulator?

Message	When my tt is cold it leaks real bad than when it warms up it stops. I had the hose replaced about 9 months ago and it looks like it is leaking under the fuel pressure regulator. Is it common for the fuel pressure regulator to leak?
